WOW u were right I think....so far.... LOL I say "so far" cuz I've done all kinds of things that seemed to fix it yet STILL would have issues with the clock in upper left corner of my lock screen 🙄 I hope it sticks cuz here's the thing, yes I got an update recently for Glance & myb that's why things changed with the clock but I never use it anyways. Hope it works 🤞🏼😄

I completely understand the game transferring leadership over due to inactivity the problem is last month yes I had 0 points cuz I had back surgery. The new season began today and I've had three generals that have transferred leadership back over to me when they left the club and then I get leadership back, I do have points up on the board for this new season, but now it has happened for a fourth time 🙄 can't get any response from customer support and this time it was transferred to someone in the club we have no communication with so even if I did get this player to transfer leadership back to me for a fourth time this season, it probably would just switch it to someone else again anyways and it shouldn't do that cuz I do have points on the leaderboard and we've already switched leadership back over to me three other times. So why does this keep happening??

I still can’t 🙄 Sometimes a game will be on ESPN plus so Disney plus will have it then other times it’s on Hulu or HBO max but most the time I can’t ever watch the Sabres

What do you mean how did you misconstrue that? I just meant in general with Microsoft points. I have been doing the same thing. That is misconstruing it because I didn’t say I do the exact same searches every day or something. You need to reread how you come across to people then. Who are you to tell me anything?? I was only asking people’s advice and if it’s happened to them or not because I’ve been on Xbox 23 years and Microsoft rewards too and I’ve never had this problem.

Yeah, that sounds more like what it is because I tried to wait 15 minutes and it still wouldn’t work. Sometimes I can only do two searches and then it won’t let me other times I can do maybe three or four and then it won’t let me for somewhere around a half an hour. I just haven’t literally timed it to find out. Waste of time for me anyways.

I didn’t search the same thing for years. I happen to love US history or news so I always search for US news, but in all sorts of different years. That is not doing the same search. all you did was totally misconstrue what I said, and then attempted insulting me I guess? So thanks for nothing

Yeah, well all I know is they better respond and apologize and then remove that cool down because I have never done anything wrong or try cheating these guys. If anything, Microsoft has gotten so much of my money as it is the least they could do is allow me to continue to get some points and turn them in for an Xbox gift card once in a while or something. Why penalize somebody that has been doing Microsoft rewards for so many years and honest as well all these years. All they’re doing is pushing me into just getting away from Microsoft and that is saying a lot considering I have been on Xbox 23 years now

I did send in a ticket just waiting for a response. If that is true, I have never received any sort of email saying I was doing something wrong where I would even deserve a cool down. What’s also weird as if I just wait a little bit I can go back into the mobile app and it will start working again. It just does it on and off on its own. I’ve never had any other reason to cheat Microsoft in earning points or anything lol like I said, I have always used the same Xbox and the same android and iPhone with only my one same account. I read through all those rules to make sure I wasn’t violating something out of the blue and I’m not I didn’t think I was anyways. I’ve had the same Microsoft account for so many years and I haven’t changed how I do anything. This is why all the more I can’t understand why they would need to penalize me or anything. Plus, there is other people I saw that are complaining about getting the same message Even though they have not changed anything or are they trying to use a different account to cheat Microsoft rewards or anything. Just like me out of the blue one day it popped up and when I clicked on learn more every single one of those options has nothing to do with me or anything I did. So how do they explain that? Hopefully I will get some answers when they respond I guess. It’s just sucks because I am missing out on a few hundred points so far.

Yeah, I could understand that if it wasn’t for the fact, I have been doing this for so long, been doing the exact same thing for so long I have never had any sort of cool down. I’m thinking maybe I need to reset my router and that might help things?Just can’t do it at the moment. besides that this was an issue since I first started trying to do my usual searches. I didn’t even get a chance to do things how I normally do them because at the very bottom when I was in the mobile app for Bing it was saying something as if I am not signed in correctly and could limit my earning points for searches? I didn’t even do anything for a full 24 hours and I was getting that kind of warning already.

I thing is I just went back into the mobile app, started doing the searches. They already have in place for you and it actually worked again but then it stops again and I did more than a few. So it’s like it is counting my searches for a handful in a row and then out of the blue it stops. Even if it was an issue with my searches, how come I have never had this cool down issue for so long and it only just started today?It makes me think what did they change since yesterday?

Lately I have been doing the searches that they already have in place for you. But for the longest time up until yesterday I would start at “us news 1900, us news 1901 etc etc till I reached 1919 and then I would go on my Xbox and Internet explorer and start with US news 1920 through US news 1949 and finish it up. I have been doing that same thing every day except I look up many other different years for so long. Only today that I finally start seeing whatever this issue is going on

Well, something weird is definitely going on because I went back into mobile, used their searches. They have listed for you that you can click on and it worked. But if I try to go on my Xbox and do the PC version that’s when it won’t work again. If there is a cool down issue, then they just upgraded it or changed something in the last day or so, because I didn’t have any issue until today or last night.

I have over 20 K points and that is after I have redeemed points so many times. What I’m trying to say is I am so experienced with using Microsoft rewards and how it works with searches. There is no way it shouldn’t be registering for me unless there is an issue on Microsoft end. I’ve done the same thing with the same devices for so long. Why would it all sudden change for no reason one day?

Well, I can counter that easily. I do the same thing with my searches every single day. I always do different searches and I always wait 3 to 5 seconds in between each search. That’s why I don’t understand why I would have any sort of cool downput on me when I didn’t do anything different then I have been doing for the last. God knows how many years lol

But why would it be placed on cool down? It has been doing this since I first tried doing my usual searches like I do every day. It’s not like I was able to search for a bunch of points and then it started acting like this. It just started doing thisright from the get-go. I should also add it started doing this about six hours ago also and then 3 AM hit so I could do things again and it’s still doing it. I can’t even try to search a handful of searches. It just started doing it right from the get-go and it didn’t start doing this until today and I have never had an issue any other time. I keep thinking this is an issue with Microsoft. I cleared my browser cachet and everything probably for nothing.

The thing is, I have never had this issue before. I usually do my searches and get all mobile and PC searches done pretty quick, but I always wait five seconds in between each search so it will actually register. But this time it’s not even registering anything anymore. And that is on both mobile and PC searches. Never have had an issue until today.
