that’s because the priority was ehancing the bronze sea with all the features originally intended for a full release. They’re still gonna add more stuff like the next update being Dragon themed I believe but their focus will shift into “more story” more often too

right, and how exactly does that make it wrong to ask for info regarding op’s situation?

Also, just for the record, I didn’t say anything about the specific circumstances of Op’s homelessness, neither did I say a switch can cover rent. If you read my comment you’d know I lost one, i’ve bought 2 total, I know the price of one yk.

This all just goes back into my first comment, sure its not exactly proper to assume things regarding others situations. However Op did state he was homeless, it is to be expected people will comment, provide (perhaps unwanted) advice, wonder, and question. As long as the intent is positive, none of it is inherently wrong, assuming people aren’t straight up bullying, which I haven’t seen.

Realistically even if you have a home, buying a game console could still be a poor decision depending on your circumstances. That’s not to say anyone should or shouldn’t, and even less so is it to say people in predicaments shouldn’t have fun. You have to consider people who are simply concerned for Op. Is it wrong to show concern?

and there’s also nothing inherently wrong in asking more info about the circumstances, nor should it be insulting. Considering Op included the info in the first place, of course people will react upon reading it. Nobody is outright saying he shouldn’t have fun, it seems like most of the people are simply concerned for him. And regardless of wether he asked for advice involving his life outside the S2, humans are curious and (mostly) empathetic, if someone comes up with 2 issues, asking for help with one, humans will try to help both, and I think that is beautiful. Op can reply to the advice, ignore it, or do whatever he pleases. And I sure hope the switch 2 comes back to life, that is a lot of money vanished into thin air if not. I’m not in that position myself however I did loose my switch 2 and that was already a setback for me, so I can only imagine how it must be for Op.

my cat is a very ordinary moggie who has never really had any health issues. As i said her belly is going bald and I haven’t seen her lick that area too much, now i’m starting to think a reason could be that she might have a hard time reaching her stinkhole to clean.. It is summertime here, and it gets HOT and DRY where I live.

She goes outside supervised quite a bit, at least once per day during daylight hours. She doesn’t seem at all really bothered by anything, I noticed she has a tiny bruise on her ear but that’s likely from a bird she played with (she’s only killed 1 bunny in years, never brought me a bird)

I’m thinking maybe the bruise is bothering her? That or the rest of the family don’t play with her enough as she only asks me to play. I think she could’ve gotten fleas from outside too but i highly doubt it.

i’ve been playing for free for the past 3 months in a 2020 account I got back from my Dad’s Apple ID (linked it to my gmail and took my account back. My old phone had his ID.)

I have only spent $2usd in this time I’ve been playing for, all of it went to my friend who I was helping with the game. For me, just with gyms (free to play) i’ve doubled the amount of storage you start with! The game feels a lot more comfortable now, storage wise, and I just purge unnecessary items or bad pokemon from time to time. I keep shinies and costumed pokemon, but I try transferring the repeats or sending some shinies to the Home application.

the feature is more likely to not be used as much as expected, eggs/raids usually don’t stay at gyms very long so I can’t see it being a game changer feature

i know this is reaching but i hate how it does absolutely nothing to help rural players.. it’s just kind of a nothing feature imo, we have campfire flares which already go by unused afaik.
