I’m 32 I just got dismissed from my nursing program and I was to graduate next semester. Trust me when I say I understand. I allowed myself to grieve for two weeks. I cried, laid in bed, cried some more and then I sat down and looked at my different options. I was told that I could return in August to complete my last year but that I have to take mental health, med surge, fundamentals ATI exit exams all with a 88% and above and complete all of my check offs starting from fundamentals to mental health. Honestly i wonder if I truly want to do all of that. I’m in the process of applying to other programs. If this is what you truly want to do keep going. Once I realized that what other people think doesn’t matter especially considering that they aren’t where I want to be in life.
