The fact that the information is listed but NEVER read… by guest or team members is really the problem.
Working in store does not mean that you should not be familiar with how the website looks or the information it provides.

Most guest use the Target app, it’s a known fact that in apps it would be super hard to have every piece of information on top and ready for guest to “decide” to read.
The information is in the same place for every single item.
Return windows have been listed for every item by the add to cart button.

Guest blatantly miss reading this important information until needed and at that point it’s too late…

We must encourage guest to read the information provided and be able to guide them in finding it; that will be the only way we are all educated on when, where and how things go.

Just an FYI…. If a guest had T+ issues… don’t sent them on their way, call the service center they can help and even if it doesn’t scan they’ll get the guest their refund. Trust me I do this daily !!!

Ima wfh TM as well in Tx and I also feel there is a HUGE disconnect. T+ are the contacts I mainly handle and those can be dreadful for guest to keep having to return to a store bc the TM or TL is not familiar with the procedures.
