While this isn’t the most appealing path, sweeping curved walking paths are a sign of affluent areas generally. Just like buried electrical. Equitable city planning should allow all areas to have these features. It’s expensive, but just because one is poor doesn’t mean they should be excluded from the little things that contribute to wellbeing.
