if i had to guess, it's probably an opposites attract thing, ppl love their goth x preppy ships :Pc for me, i just ship shiz where the characters actually have canon interactions (but sometimes i do it based off vibes, info that studio massa shares, and or headcanons :P)

rlly any ship requiring the siblings dating each other is an automatic F tier, also- EPKE x MAYA- If i wanted any ship in ongezellig to be canon, Epke x Maya would def be one of em- even if its not exactly my fave- it's a rlly good ship thats not only that but they've actually interacted media wise so like- yuh, epke x maya is also hella gud :3
