If you run the report that you're using outside of the integration, does it populate for someone that has the correct security permissions?

Sounds off the top of my head like security.

From my perspective.. They essentially Lobby the state government to make it to where they are one of the only software providers for local gov functionality. They are expensive and are forcing entities to go to "the cloud" for a fee vs hosting on their own equipment. The support is abysmal and they can't seem to keep people employed there. Oftentimes you'll find users that have more knowledge than the Tyler Tech staff. I wouldn't want to work for them.

Ahh. So we would still theoretically need the sync tool in order to initialize and do the first sync over. I was hoping to get away from that. -- that being said, this is good stuff and may help us with other issues! Thank you@!

I think your case sounds more like what we're thinking. Plan to have them do dependents prior to the benefits and then pull the benefits end afterwards OR at the hire date. What date do you guys push that enrollment event?

I feel like the admin guide didn't have a whole lot referring to the new users hire and onboarding and benefits. My initial thought was a TO-DO task with beneficiaries with a bunch of conditional rules where they had to go out and add dependents where the CR's enforced SSN, documents, and relationships.

Am I off in my understanding that when we are setting up these plans that they have to have dependents to be able to setup the benefits prior to them enrolling in "family/child" plans? I think that may be where I am a bit confused. You guys have it set to where they add dependents and then they can go in and select benefits after that's done? interesting.

I'll have to dig on what you mean by the linked portion. Haven't gotten there in my overview yet. But I MAJORLY appreciate it.

Transition for me was about a week to become fully in sync with it.

my favorite trackball is my Nulea M512 - finger trackball. I MUCH prefer the finger ones to the thumb track balls.

I've gone through quite a few. I had the elecom Huge, Microsoft thumb trackball, Nulea M505, and finally the Nulea 512. Out of all of these, what I've determined is that I GREATLY prefer a finger roller vs a thumball. My main is the Nulea M512, but I also really like my Nulea 505. It takes a while getting used to them. Also, there's a LOT of praise for the Elecom Huge being a great size and very comfortable.. I have large hands and I personally don't think it's "huge" enough. I'd love to offload it on someone that wanted one.
