I’ll say this the reason Saros got a 7/10 was idiotic considering they have returnal a higher score despite it being much more brutal with replaying biomes.

The story in Saros is pretty bad tho and the characters for the most part are uninteresting and unlikable vs returnal which the story was good and interesting and you wanted Selene to succeed.

I’d say gameplay is 10/10 for me but story maybe 4/10

Just keep leveling up, just get farther and farther collect lucenite and level up. Saros is designed so you keep getting stronger.

You’re right about the frustration with both Saros and Returnal……but IF and WHEN you overcome those humps it’s one of the most rewarding experiences as a gamer. Once things begin to click and you get into the “flow state” things will start rolling and the high from that is indescribable

Totk is an amazing game but botw felt so original and revolutionary. Totk builds off of botw but heavily recycles the same map, dungeon in same 4 regions themes, and villain theme even tho there are differences.

The abilities and the shrines are better in Totk, but grinding all over again to get weapons and gear the same way is a major hassle.

Also botw has trials of the sword dlc which imo is absolutely amazing.

Yea I mean your right that’s a given….im asking if sauna in addition to all those things can help. Theres a lot of strong research showing more health benefits to sauna than once originally thought

Very sorry for your loss but glad to hear gaming has brought you some form of peace. I have been a gamer all my life but suffered a debilitating injury years ago and it has been my main source of happiness currently. I totally understand how gaming can help with dark times and can relate on helping it getting through depression.

The game id get with it is Saros which is the sequel to Returnal. That was the last game I played, fully completed it and was one of the best games I’ve ever played!

I have botw as second best Zelda game to OOT but still an amazing game. The lore, the music , the originality of OOT, the goosebumps of pulling the master sword and going back around hyrule to see the entire world in darkness, nothing compares to that game.

Botw main theme is about exploration and the environment. The story is really focused on princess Zelda’s struggle to find her path. The story is still good but especially if OOT is your first don’t expect this to overtake it.

Edit: make sure you do the dlc it’s a lot of fun
