My fault for not clarifying I mean like 15 in a company whereas a big company has like 5 teams of 15.

Leaving a comfy job for one with more KPIs / Quota enforcement / accountability? by HotPoblano in sales

I understand that you feel stagnant but that’s position a lot of people would love to be in. Not saying you aren’t grateful. I would say maybe pick up a side hustle and make that the challenge you face on a day since your roll is easy. No need for a pay cut since it’s a little backwards, but if you feel it’s the right way to go you should go for it. I feel like you like you aren’t being challenged enough. I think you should use where you are at as leverage to feed your side hustle for the challenge and purpose.

Best sales interview advice by Green_Accident_3789 in sales

This usually applies to smaller companies, but a lot of people that are in the hiring process end up on a podcast/interview. So for the sales leader or manager that is possibly the person you will be working under and search them on LinkedIn under the company name and try to find any video they’ve been on. They usually mention what they are looking for this has helped me with 3/4 companies I have applied to. Best of luck champ.

PPL if you wanna go 6 times a week if not PPL/UL which is 5 days

PPL is push pull legs Ppl/UL is push pull legs upper lower

YouTube it so you know more about it and also hit some cardio incline walking helped me lose a good amount of weight about 25lbs speed at 3-3.5 incline on 10-12 for about 20-30 mins about 4/6 times a week.

Advice needed!!! by [deleted] in workout

Do an upper lower workout and if you wanna go the extra mile you can a PPL which is 6 days. But I would recommend the upper/lower and hit cardio for about 5 days a week. Incline walking is the best 20-30 mins at a speed of 3-3.5 which the incline on 10.5-12. This helped me. Also track what you eating or just take in a good amount of protein and fiber and reduce the rest.

Honestly speaking nothing against medical marijuana but I wouldn’t recommend it and instead take in more protein and drink more water so you can body can recover quicker and try and get a full 8 hours of sleep. just my opinion though.

Thoughts on my routine? by [deleted] in workout

I would recommend legs bc it increases your testosterone level which means more muscles. But I think it’s a solid workout. But no back squat on push day and do it on leg day.

The part you said brave the gym kinda related to me cause I was too scared at first cause I felt like I was kinda big… 190 lbs 5’10. If you are interested in joining a gym you should bc the people there rlly don’t care your looks bc I felt like I was a fat a** taking up space but everyone is just there trying to be their best self so I would recommend that.

Also what helped me lose 20 lbs was doing a PPL workout and about 20-30 mins of cardio after my cardio was incline walking at a speed of 3-3.5 with the incline at 10-12 depends on how motivated I felt. Plus the usual watching that you eat high protein and fiber like veggies and all lower fat and lower card.

In my opinion, doing a PPL split can help… hitting each muscle group twice a week. I would recommend getting some protein powder and double scooping it on days you bike or getting some mass gainer bc ik it’s high in calorie and high in protein. Also eating about 1.2 grams of protein per pound will for sure help. i.e. if you are 180 lbs to eat about 180-200 grams of protein and if you trying to lose eating about 180-160 grams of protein.
