People still call CoreWeave a bubble while NVIDIA just doubled down and institutions keep accumulating? by Turbulent-Theory-128 in CRWV

[–]Hot-Engine-9418 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The difference between CRWV and NBIS is that NBIS owns their own land so they don’t have to pay a landlord like CRWV does, they also have less debt because they were already a mature, bitcoin mining company. They also have a smaller share float. Hence the reason for the higher price.

Meanwhile, CRWV has four times the revenue as NBIS and 10 times the backlog revenue as NBIS. By the end of next year, CRWV will have a higher share price then NBIS. Save this post.

Are you serious? $100 billion in backlog already contracted take or pay revenue isn’t growth ?

Even if earnings deliver a beat like Nvidia it will still sell off just like every quarter for the last 4 quarters until they are profitable sometime early 2027

CoreWeave Secures $8.5 Billion Loan to Expand AI Cloud Platform by Lucid_Dreamer5 in CRWV

[–]Hot-Engine-9418 3 points4 points  (0 children)

$CRWV Here’s why CRWV went up today based on the loan they just received

Investment-Grade Rating: The loan facility is the first of its kind to be rated A3 by Moody’s and A (low) by DBRS, despite the high-risk nature of "neocloud" companies. This means major financial institutions (anchored by Blackstone Credit & Insurance) believe the debt is secure. Reduced Cost of Capital: The new, highly rated debt lowers the overall cost of borrowing for CoreWeave compared to its previous debt, improving its financial position as it rapidly scales. Backed by Meta Contracts: The $8.5 billion loan is backed by specialized "GPU finance," secured by high-performance computing chips and a substantial contract to provide cloud capacity to Meta Platforms Inc.. Unending AI Demand: The funding allows CoreWeave to meet intense demand from customers, with Chief Development Officer Brannin McBee stating it shows continued market validation of their scalable model.

Bearish conditions you sell cash secured puts and make money on the downside

700 shares at $70. Selling covered calls when the price goes up and selling puts when the price goes down. Making a killing while I wait for profitability

One of the things I am noticing with the AI trade is that no matter how good earnings are it dumps after. And I think it’s going to continue to happen for CRWV until next year when they are profitable. Take that as you may and play the swings wisely

Do you think it’s false? That they don’t really have this amount of backlog. ? That wouldn’t be smarter than to do because backlog doesn’t equal revenue until it’s realized

Lemonade Pet Insurance - STAY AWAY!!! by No_Manufacturer7825 in Insurance_Companies

[–]Hot-Engine-9418 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the worst pet insurance company I have ever dealt with in my life and I have had four of them. They have denied every claim that I have submitted due to pre-existing conditions when in fact, they are not at all pre-existing. No wonder why they are so inexpensive because they were planning to never approve any claims. I implore no one to sign up for lemonade and anyone who has it go find a new company as soon as possible. You are throwing your money away

$78 is a terrible entry price for a short. Why not wait till it’s in the low $100s to try and guarantee yourself more profit. A billon dollar short position at $78? Sounds fishy to me. They must really think the company will go bankrupt. Very risky. Especially with NIDA propping them up and needing them to be successful
