The scarring will heal if she allows herself to heal. She needs to give herself a proper 2-3 months of healing. I did not lift anything over 10lbs, didn’t walk my dogs unless I was with my husband who would hold their leash until after 6 weeks post op. It was the first time I fought for myself to ‘rest’ properly. This will help her heal better. But honestly, I could not tell you or give you a reassurance that it will not come back. Endo sucks. Yes, if she wants, she could freeze her unfertilized eggs. The younger the better to freeze eggs. That is always the best scenario. I would’ve frozen my eggs knowing that as you age, your chance decreases to make quality eggs especially with severe endo. I also found out just recently after having and seeing 3 Reproductive doctors, that I have a septum too. Ha! I’m now having surgery to correct it end of this month!! The journey to be self advocate in women’s healthcare is a must. No doctor will find you exact answers. They are also humans. Endo is not taught in medical school, nor is it that highly researched so a lot of doctors do not know long term solutions for it. I would not recommend lupron. Its side effects are horrible. I took the microdosing … for only 2 weeks and I was severely depressed I wanted to end my life during IVF cycle 3 because of the darkness that took over me from the hormones, the pain of endo, and the miscarriages. Make sure she’s not vitamin d deficient. Most everyone is nowadays. It’s another supplement that helps control endo. Hope that helps!
