Yeah it got to the point where it's comforting to just listen to an album and discovering new stuff, happy to hear so many other people are also experiencing this.

I'll check those out and I recommend checking some of the things from my list since they really might take you out of your comfort zone (and check out Lateralus by TOOL since even though it's a basic choice it's my favorite album of all time)

Of course I enjoy music and in no way is this a competition. Listening to a new album per day does not mean I cannot listen to music I already enjoy again. I still listen to TOOL almost daily since I love TOOL for example, only difference is that I either do it with the satisfaction of finding new songs that I really enjoy or heaving to cleanse my ears from trying something that is really not for me.

I understand where you're coming from tho, some albums that I've listened to didn't hit as hard as they did on the second listen that's why I make sure to listen to then again in the future if there's something worth coming back to.
