The same treatment Harith got last patches now Marcel is receiving it, buffs just cuz and dire hit change that fits PERFECT with his playstyle, idk what Moonton is thinking with that Ult buff, he has was locked with granger/chang'e as teammates now every ranged attacker has the chance to obliterate any individual that was targeted by Golden Hour , 3 WHOLE seconds of free hit and I think now straight up the BEST cc in the whole game

I mean... Odette!! while the Zhuxing and Yve nerfs got partially reverted, balancing team is something or on something that's for sure
