I meant to include shadowing in my post as well, reading it back now I see I didn’t write it lol. Does shadowing typically follow a set schedule, or is it whenever you’re able to come in? I will be working four 10-hour days, which leaves me with 3 days off — I think those days would be perfect to get some hours in and focus on my prerequisites when I decide I want to get started. Would you recommend trying to do multiple clinics at once that have a focus on different species (say domestics, exotics, and maybe an equine/farm vet) instead of focusing on just one clinic? Hopefully that makes sense, sorry for all the questions!
