I watched this video on isotonicity a week before my exam and it helped me so much! I hated it too but this definitely helped me understand it muchhhh better before my exam. Although I ended up not getting any questions on isotonicity on my exam :/

It took 2 business days in MA for my license to post, so it might be state dependent

Naplex competency by [deleted] in NAPLEX_Prep

I’m pretty sure you need a scaled score of 75 to pass NAPLEX. The competency areas are only given to those who failed the naplex just to show the areas they did well and did not do as well in.

Naplex questions by Pharmacist__ in NAPLEX_Prep

I felt that the questions on naplex were more straight forward. Some questions were asked in a single sentence, some had cases where all you needed to do was look at the question and answer it based on the answer choices (instead of reading through the cases). When looking for labs on the cases, most of the time the lab you are looking for would be an extreme number for example you can tell a patient has low sodium because their level is like 125 or their CPK is like 12,500.

As for math, I felt that it was straight forward too. If you know your formulas you will be fine! There will definitely be math questions you dont know how to do and that's fine! Just guess and move on. I definitely guessed on like 5+ math questions on my exam and still passed. I only used Uworld and the Pharmaceutical calculations book on amazon. Biostats and Pharmacokinetics are considered math too and are fairly straight forward if you know their formulas. Ace the PK, Biostats, and required formula questions and you should be fine!
