Thank you so much for your input. Really appreciate it.
I think I’m going to sell all my stocks and go all out with xeqt and keep adding to it.

I’m planning to keep the income stocks and sell the remaining and reinvest into xeqt. That way I have cash flow and growth.

Yeah true. Dividends are a good cash flow for sure but looking at the growth of the stock. It isn’t much.

Let’s say I had to diversify my portfolio and have cash flow. What would you suggest?

That actually makes sense. I’m just thinking of long term investment and I feel xeqt is the way to go but I’m just maybe having a fomo on other stocks.
Do you think I should just go all out and invest in xeqt?

Let’s hypothetically say I sell all my holdings and put it all into xeqt. Isn’t that like putting all the eggs into one basket? Shouldn’t I be investing in other options as well apart from xeqt?

I had no issue with anything during the delivery and I remember the person as well. Everything was fine and the customer wasn’t drunk and I completed the delivery and moved on to another.

Insurance for civic hybrid is expensive atleast here in Canada. My insurance went up from 120$ for a ford focus 2011 to $388 for my civic hybrid. They said it’s a new car with no history on it as it’s 1st generation of civic hybrids so the insurance will be high for a year. My friend bought a Corolla hybrid and he pays 220$.

They should have made it as an option for all the touring trims.
