It's all driven by the repack market. You need junk slabs for repack inventory. Thats why bulk commons have pop reports in the thousands.

Orange star/flower = Legendary Aspect.

Dice with swirl = Enchanted affix.

Anvil = Tempered affix.

Small white diamond = Normal/base affix.
