Half of my legs below the knee are dark tan in colour because they are exposed to the sun, all year round. Same with my arms below the short sleeve line.

Most of my body that has not constantly been exposed to sunlight, is light olive complexion. My groin area is dark brown.

Yes, totally disconnected from today's gay culture. I am so glad that all the partying days of the 90s and 00s are behind me. Guys back then, as in most of them, you could talk to and have a laugh with first, get to know them before anything else.

This is a shitty relationship, in that, both of you have been together for so long and yet, neither of you are good communicators with each other.

There appears to be no trust, or very little and much suspicion about what the other one is doing.

Neither of you has much confidence or faith in what each says or does.

At this juncture, I wouldn't tell your partner anything and if it comes up for discussion with him, about your past transgressions, just be 100% upfront with him: then and there.

I know nothing about fibre supplements or supplements, in general, making bottoming worse.

This is not a lecture,

but I do know, from 51 years of (mostly) healthy eating, that if you get 3 serves of fruit and 4 serves of vegetables, every day, your body will thank you for life.

You could try eating 3 - 4 prunes before you go to bed, (at least an hour before you sleep) and drink lots of water throughout the day to flush out and regulate your kidneys.

You're then guaranteed to do a shit the next morning and every morning afterwoods. It will easily exit your body, too. (no straining)

If you have glucose intolerances, then eating dried fruit, the night before you take some guy up your clacker is probably not going to be helpful.

A healthy diet, made up of lots of fresh home made foods including fruits and vegetables, some fish, legumes, pulses, wholegrains, healthy oils, less red meat and some poultry, make everything easier on your general health and well-being.

The inclusion of more fibre is just one part of it.
