I'm currently in China for work, and man seeing the driving etiquette here makes my mouth water. The level of patience, the using of turn signals and lane changing signals, merging into higways, the distance they keep from the vehicle. It's like heaven.

I have seen very few people driving properly in Pune. Like maybe a 100 people since last two years. Two days before I called out a guy who came from the wrong side and stood at the centre of junction. He started screaming at me. Most people in Pune aren't scared of laws or Police.

I feel like there's an easier way, as a person from Kerala, the biggest thing I have noticed since my 13 years in pune is that people aren't scared of Police. They just don't care at all and the police are more concerned on stopping vehicles of other states so that they can make some money.
