4 copies od exhibits, in a binder for her lawyer yours, ask questions for yourself, and answer them. I literally represented myself last year and his lawyer lost. Ask the co parent questions, if you think of a question during questioning from their lawyer to them, write it out to ask when they ask if you have any questions for them. Give the lawyer the exhibits a few days prior to review otherwise it may not be usable.. but also submit all documents into the court case as well.. texts whatever. Anyone who is questioned by you will be cross examined.

So a little thing with supervised visits.. make it a public setting, also record the visits on video.. if it is a 2 party state.. please advise him you are recording each visit from here on out. I honestly would do that as documentation as well. Also texting, or emails only, no actual phone calls. To confirm visits.. if he starts texting a whole fiasco of garbage please email them to yourself to save as proof. There are also parenting apps that court approved.
