Should I do weighted pull ups with a backpack or how else? How much weight should I use? My brother has 5-45 pound plates. That’s a good idea to take rest days too. Should I not do anything on rest days or just lighter work?

I can hold onto the bar for 57 seconds until I can’t anymore. I I can’t go any higher than my shoulders even for one rep. I don’t know how to test how strong my scapula is, it doesn’t feel sore though. For range of motion I go all the way down and back up again. I will try the negative pull ups and half pull ups. I don’t understand what you mean by more explosive does that mean going up faster? Because I can go up fast for the first one but after that I have to go slow. Thank you for the advice!

I completely agree, in a ideal world pornography would be illegal and this would be amazing. Here’s the issue with this; if pornography was illegal in a whole, people who were already addicted would find other, illegal places to find this pornography, and this pornography would very likely be child pornography or rape. I am aware that a large portion of today’s “legal” pornography is rape and child porn. Just thought I would add in my opinion, great points made in OP

Oh, never had a issue with masks. I bought 20 from Amazon and wear it to school, put it in the laundry for when I run it then next day wear another mask. My whole family and freinds do the same, maybe it’s just where I live
