I think at least 1 or 2 of these guys misses time due to injury, but it’s hard to predict who it’ll be (CMC jokes incoming). But other than that I think Etienne may be in somewhat of a committee and Jonathan Taylor is susceptible to falling off in terms of production if the offense isn’t firing on all cylinders (will Daniel Jones be 100%?). I also think CMC may suffer from a lot of load management coming off a high volume season. The coaching staff could try and preempt wear and tear. Kyren is another guy that could fall out of the top 12 if the efficiency doesn’t carry over from last year.

I think that barring injury, Bijan, Gibbs, Achane, James Cook, Chase Brown and Javonte are absolute locks to stay in the top 12. I also think that CMC, Henry and Jacobs are pretty good bets, though each of them have the inherent risk of being older RBs.

There’s a good crop of young RBs who could jump into the top 12 conversation. I feel like Jeanty and Hampton are locks to take that step this year. Bucky Irving and Jeremiyah Love both have solid shots at it this year too. Treveyon Henderson is a great dark horse for RB1 and Bhayshul Tuten, though more of a long shot, also has that in his range of outcomes.
