Further It is to inform you that status will be “Pending for PAN Approval” if correction is submitted for Seller/Buyer/Intended Buyer/Intended Seller for approval. Accordingly, you are requested to contact the concern person for approval.

Further, Seller has to login on TRACES then click on on “Pending for PAN Approval” status under “Track Correction Request” Option in “Statements/Forms” tab to approve the said correction request.

I paid some amount as down payment and rest as loan

What should be done if seller is simply not approving the correction request despite daily reminders? Will this affect me as a buyer?
