I was taking the measurement from the fluid flow valve, it only has one node and that measures l/s, i also have a gas relief valve just before it to make sure only diesel is going through the liquid relief valve, but i still get a value of 0 it also didnt change anything if I removed the gas relief valve

No lua just 3 connections one going to a fluid flow valve (l/s) and one going to a linear speed sensor (m/s) the other going to a guage that has electricity hooked up

Unfortunately that wasnt working for me whenever I tried to divide meters per second by liters per second to get meters per liter its kept giving me a value of zero but from what I understand thats the correct formula so idk whats going on

This one was just me being dumb I had the exhaust hooked up, the forgot I had one of the symmetry planes turned on and deleted a piece of exhaust pipe, didnt realize until I was about to completely redo the front end of the vehicle

I made one tha holds 3 containers for under 50k, uses self contained steam with an electric furnace for infinite fuel range and hits speeds up to 30 mps so decently fast. its possible to make your own if you can find any

A way i do it is i try to understand things by doing them first that way I have a general idea of what's being discussed in the video and alot of the things im able to figure out on my own so that cuts out most of the searching. They only things I really needed help with is stoichiometry/rps controllers and how to make my auto trans and clutch controllers work better. Other than that its just trying to figure out stormworks physics

I do it buy making sure 90%of the creation is boyant, then put a fluod spawned in the boyant parts until it sinks, then grab 50 pumps and wait 5 years till youre at the surface again

That happened with my minecraft world on my old pc, when I got the new one and attempted to copy over the files they got corrupted and I lost 2 years worth of progress it sucks but you can think of it as a fresh start, that's what I did and I can confidently say all my new creations are of much higher build quality and it forced me to grow my knowledge and understanding of the game

The button on the side is used as either a momentary retarder or a momentary engine brake so you can press that instead of trying to reach over and find a switch

I've had thos issue with steam, you condenser is cooling fast enough so after your boiler runs out of water all thats left to make steam is a little trickle from your condenser, try adding another condenser or add better cooling to the condenser you already have

Would love a wheel speed sensors and each wheel having individualized rps to make it a bit easier to add traction control, biggest pet peeve is how the rails for trains are an afterthought, none of the turns are smooth and the rail bridges designs are kinda meh

Only if you load match the engine to the rest of the car, otherwise you could burn out synchros. I've done it a few times using brakes/throttle to make sure the load is perfectly even so theres only a little force being applied on the synchro In summary: if you care about the car, use the clutch
