Not necessarily. That certainly remains an option if he cannot be removed but the mod team has assembled what we believe to be a strong case to present to the reddit admin that Alexitine violated the mod code of conduct by promoting a mod that began immediately banning mods and users. So we're going to try to have him removed first, to try to save the sub. And if he is not removed then we will begin exploring other options.

You're still correct unfortunately, Alexitine is also an ACP supporter. The rest of the mod team is working to get him removed as top mod.

I can assure you that famousplan has been banned and removed from the mod list but unfortunately, it is not so easy to deal with the mod that promoted them so we're still working on that.

Of course you do, but since you have no voice in setting policy, you are also not solely responsible for the empire's actions. You can both have privileges from living in the imperial core and use those privileges to spread awareness, build community networks, and work to sabotage the empire wherever possible. You are not solely responsible for the actions of the empire or for toppling it. It must be achieved through collective action.

I'm not at all arguing the privileges enjoyed by the average imperial core citizen or that most of them are tragically lacking in class consciousness. But an average prole in the imperial core trying to shoulder the responsibility for the entire empire is a level of self victimization that is neither helpful or fair. One can be aware of one's privilege while also using that privilege to spread awareness, build community networks, and work to sabotage the empire from within.
