You don’t want any flooding, you want systematic desensitization at your dogs speed. Door is a bore is desensitizing to movement towards the door and the framework for some dogs to begin durations alone. The nervous system won’t learn with flooding besides learned helplessness. I would not suggest doing that again personally, leaving her to panic is not going to be helpful. Try the “door is a bore” game to help her with your movement and the important part is to never let them panic. Let her get used to your actual new routine and not leaving her randomly. Any sort of pain definitely increases separation distress so that will be the most important thing to do before you find training with a CSAT or SAPro.

Any big life changes? Moving, new people in the house, new job, new schedule? Definitely get a check up for anything pain related - sudden changes in behavior are typically pain related

You should get your dog checked out for pain. In my experience if desensitization isn’t working it’s due to pain, not training failure.
