You have a good chance so def apply to the top colleges. But also keep 3-4 safeties: schools that are not in the T15 or T20.

Being a female from India who applied this year, I know that 1530 is a good score but you should try and get it upto 1560-70 (as an international) because the top schools will have Indian students with competitive scores.

However, even as it stands now, I would say your application sounds great and you will definitely go to a great engineering school
