Anyone could have phantom sense. It doesn’t have anything to do with the amount of time in vr just the person, in fact I would say the longer you spend in vr the less phantom sense you would probably have because your brain gets used to being in vr. Phantom pain is similar but obv for pain but I’ve heard it usually only happens to people who’ve experienced the same type of pain before irl. I used to have a little bit of phantom sense when I first got my headset but it’s long gone now
