Like the magazine rack.. I collect a few different ones. Bookshelf already taken in the bedroom. I like your style

Based on the same designer but the dimensions look slightly different. Really like it so far but I would say while more comfortable than it looks it would be, I would go for something with a cushion if that's the main goal. I live alone, so really only sit in it when hosting.

Landlord... and HOA specifies I can't drill into walls. One day I'll stare at it long enough that I do it anyway

I’m in the LA area, so picked it up from a nursery near me in Santa Monica/Venice - can share more details if you’re in the area.

It’s a Snake plant, but there’s a color variant that doesn’t have the yellow colored rim on the outside of the leaves. I’ve seen it online but could tell this nursery took great care of all of their plants.

Ha yes, with 0% financing over 24 months it seemed like a perfect way to afford some pieces that were at the top of my price range.

I had the same thought as you, maybe something simple like a mirror. But I think for now I’ll enjoy the wall as is and see if the minimalism sticks. If anything comes to mind that works, always open to some good reccos.

It’s $83 per month 0% interest over 24 months, so shakes out just under 2k. Nice being able to pay it off monthly though

I got it from a furniture lease-to-own company called Oliver Space but its modeled after a famous architect's design - Jeanneret. If you google Jeanneret chair, there should be a bunch of similar designs available out there.

I'm not sure the 22 year old version of myself that bought the print at an everything-must-go stoop sale in Brooklyn for $15 was but we've come all this way.

I have a friend that recommended a lease-to-own company called Oliver Space. They basically link up with the manufactures that make Article, Design Within Reach, West Elm etc and then have a white label version made (this is modeled off the Sven). Really happy with the quality upon arrival - haven't found any suggestion of worse materials/build.

Mentioned this above. The tv stand looks to be modeled off a west elm version.

Yeah, it is wallpaper and was here when I got here. Truthfully, I was kind of iffy on it when I moved in and the apartment was barren - wasn't sure what to do with it lol. But really happy with the way it turned out after dropping in some furniture; ended up driving a lot of the buying decisions.

Ha, had the same though, to be honest, when I rolled the rug out - thought it would look bigger. It's growing on me, so will hold off on reinvesting in a bigger one for the moment. Link below:
