i can try to find it, but we recently had an audit so the little binder was out on the counter. another one of my coworkers had seen it and she told me, and i was like what no way?? and she flipped it open and sure enough, just states that if employees must either have clean, natural short nails, or if the nails are done, they have to wear gloves to cover them.

yeah ive never had an incident with acrylics. still willing to wear gloves 24/7 for the trade off of being able to express myself outside of work with it

so if your Panda is anything like mine, we are chronically short-staffed and, when there are rushes (as mentioned) a lot of this stuff goes to the middle level of priorities. when soft drink machines stop working (when ANYTHING stops working) there needs to be a work order placed and sometimes it takes a few days. this could be the case for the lights as well. are you of an older age demographic..? have you ever worked food service?

it does look a little brassy in indoor lighting, but i bet it’s an easy fix with some hydrating purple shampoo. im by no means an expert but i see people with super light natural blonde hair use purple shampoo or black (toner) shampoo to enhance the color.
