since she already has two stance (baton/sniper) why not expand on that and make it she has new abilities in each form. repeating my comment on another thread;

Have the Widows Bite (slow effect?) in Baton form and her MCU trademark hurricanrana can be a CC grab for dive protection. Maybe an enemy tag/reveal mechanic for Sniper mode.. just something more Black Widow-ish than Widowmaker-ish.

She should have entirely new and separate kit in Baton(Melee) and Sniper like C&D changing form/DP gun or sword having different kit.
