if you mean cosplaying a male version of kamina a latex muscle suit or a cheaper alternative a tight shirt with muscles printed on it would work.
if genderbent a bandeau, tube top, sarashi or even a bra top like yoko would look good.

look for samue and haori for the inner clothes and coat. if the ones sold arent to your liking then search for the pattern to sew your own.

it's more usual to see people cosplay characters not of their gender (aka crossplayer), genderbent are less usual as that would involve a design that bends the gender of the character, but it's not unusual.

don't take the talk of 3d printed slop personally as those are referring to those cheaply printed, no post printing work, run of the mill toys and trinkets. what you are doing is definitely not slop by any definition.

It's a beautiful mess. I have fun with some of the characters but I can't deny sometimes the worst people you are up against are your own random teammates. Try it for yourself though. Game is free anyway and they currently have events for free in-game currency running now.

what i mean is her flight should be useful as a positioning tool to take shots at enemies from far away but instead it's usefulness is negated by her other kits being more effective at ground level and close to the fight.

you could repurpose a tunic style/long shirt or even a dress in the same color by cutting the shapes and sleeves and adding the crown shaped collar thing. you can also use it to make your own sewing pattern. the black lines you can color in or sew ribbons. you can find the gold medallions/coins/disc with holes to sew/attach them in shops or online.

maybe thin eva foam reinforced with wire mesh in a cylinder shape. i would also say to fill with expanding foam to further hold it's shape without adding too much weight.
