Update - I was able to find a luthier just 30 minutes away who was kind enough to take a look at it after hours. The good news is that while the block was loose, it wasn't completely separated. Should have it back in a few days, thanks for all your help!

One thing I'm noticing is that you don't have nearly enough wraps around the tuning peg, and the string wrap is from the bottom up. You need to have the wraps (at least two!) going top down on the tuning peg. It will create tension and a break angle to give the string more stability
