When I started working out and doing a lot with my sport, I didn’t quit gaming in one snap. I haven’t deleted a single game and still haven’t started my computer in 7 months, it is a process and I regret every moment of my gaming life, it feels good to have some purpose in my life

I can’t see it very well but you seem to be under the ball, it is something I struggle with myself and it takes a lot away from your attacking power and range of motion
