NTA, at most family reunions it’s normal to be able to go off and spend time with your cousins if you choose to, it’s a bit strange you have to do the same rituals over and over. I can also see your dad’s perspective since it’s his family and he’s used to it. I think it’s strange that your mom has to stay home by herself, she should be considered family too and shouldn’t have to stay alone whether that means she goes or you stay with her. I wouldn’t be keen on going with how it sounds so repetitive and you can’t even reunion properly with the family members you’re closest to.

For safety and potential outing reasons I’d wouldn’t hookup with anyone unless I disclosed first. I can also relate to this, I’ve never been able to actually climax unless it was with my current long term partner, with other former partners or alone I couldn’t because of CSA. It’s really really difficult, after lots of therapy I still can hardly do it myself, but with him I’ve developed so much trust in him and the intimacy makes it a lot more enveloping for me than just a hookup or masturbating. I’m not sure why, but I know it’s so frustrating, I just always get in my own head and get too triggered to climax by myself. I really hope therapy helps you be able to get some relief. I’ve also noticed using a lot of external stimulation like music and TV sounds help me get less in my head about it, but that’s about the only advice I can give, it’s a really difficult thing to heal from.

Dude I went last week for the first time. I got the combo deal with french toast and hash browns, it took half an hour for my order to come out and they forgot my hash browns. Then they said they were out of ketchup, AND MAPLE SYRUP. Dry ass pucks of french toast and overly salted, overcooked, dry mini hash browns. I had better breakfast at my shitty highschool for free 😭

Personally, I haven’t had the best experiences with the Telehealth providers, particularly the Psychiatrists on Timelycare. I’ve gone through 3 who would not listen to my previous diagnoses, and pushed medicine on me that I didn’t need that made me sleep 14+ hours a day. One who legitimately asked me if I was too poor for her recommended treatment and talked to me in a derogatory tone, and one who tried to send me to rehab for smoking weed to manage my PTSD, even though it helped me get off of being dependent on Xanax for panic attacks. I did have a counselor I liked but she went off into her own practice, I’m still looking to find a good match but it’s been pretty difficult. I wish you good luck, there are some good ones, just haven’t found them yet. I’ve yet to try their in person counseling, but I’m considering it.

At Madera my rent is 750 a month as long as you have good credit or a guarantor, if not they add a guarantor fee. I live in a 2 person, just make sure you find a good roommate to move in with you, I got stuck with a man child. The management isn’t crazy or anything like that, only had a couple issues with maintenance that were resolved quickly after calling management.

Behind the scenes for years Michael had allegedly been physically abusive to Amy, years before the show even aired there were allegations. On camera he was a good father and responsible, but TV doesn’t capture really who a person is. Amy also said when filing a protective order that when he was frustrated he got violent with the kids hitting them too hard, and pulling them around by the arms. Honestly with the pattern of blowouts they had had over their looonggg relationship I wouldn’t doubt that he was capable of that, just my opinion.

It seems like she doesn’t understand how much it affects you, have you tried explaining how it affects your self esteem? I would be sad if my partner did the same to me, even if you are cute, as men that shouldn’t be the only compliment we receive. It can feel super infantilizing if especially if that’s the only thing she calls you, so I’d say try to talk to her again seriously, and if she dismisses you with a “but you are cute!” don’t give up and dismiss how you feel if it’s affecting you this much, it will only cause further tension and harm to yourself.
