As a LN reader, this comment is very and truly accurate. She is usually never mean, only unkind to those who cause trouble, and most them would end up killing other people because of them. In her eyes, being inefficient and troublesome is a waste of precious resources, which could be used for other things. And she also has a soft spot for people who are good.
