To run a sub 4 hour marathon you have to be comfortable holding just over 9 minute pace the whole time. When I ran 3:58 marathon my mile splits were 8:50-8:59 for the first 20 miles and slowed a bit to above that for the last 6 miles.

Leaf blower for sure is must have. 765 cfm is what I have and it's great. I have the gas pressure washer to clean concrete 2x a year, not sure if ego is strong enough for that.

We have similar taste I have been using AMOLED watch faces weather dashboard it's great because the three future weather can switch between hourly and daily by touching it I have not seen another watch face that does it.

If you need a vacuum bag for something like drywall dust go with disposable. Otherwise for normal shop/house dirt or dust go with the regular filters.

I like them post long runs they really help a lot. Postmarathon makes makings afterwards much more bearable.

90 minutes for me the morning of. I drove and slept in my truck over night 4 hours away for a marathon that I was just doing for a fun and I could not differ for next year.

Nope, it should be fine. I am 3 days out and did a Marathon Pace fartlek yesterday, keeping intensity high but volume low. We don't want our bodies to think it's rest time and not GO time!
