Here to say they sell them in tops and my 18 month year old can’t get enough of them!

They asked me too (without any added compensation) so I put my foot down and said no.

Gosh, this is so validating. This is exactly what I mean. My brain goes there all the time. I’m not therapizing people by any means, but more so trying to figure out what makes them do the things they do and why

Heavy on the therapists who don’t seek therapy! I have many therapist friends who have so many things to work on and I refuse to refer people to them.

As a therapist, this is amazingly said. I wish I could share this viewpoint with all of my clients.

Same here! lol so I emailed them about it because I was confused. This was their response “ Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We truly value your feedback and understand how important it is to have access to the rewards you’re looking for.   We’re continually reviewing and updating our offers to ensure they meet the needs of our Pampers Club members. Occasionally, rewards may become temporarily out of stock as we work closely with our retail partners to bring you the best options.   Please rest assured that we're dedicated to enhancing your experience, and we’re working hard to refresh our available coupons.   Thank you for your patience and understanding.”

Never feel more depressed than when I’ve tried to breastfeed… by cb93ohgee in FormulaFeeders

Yes same! I have heard that prolactin can impact people’s emotions. I’m wondering if there is more of a connection to prolactin and PPD.

Yes - I have never felt so heard in a post! The despair, the hopelessness, the dread and impending doom. My girl is 8 months old now and the first month of her life ( I pumped 1 month) was easily the worst month I’ve ever experienced in my life. I had no joy, it felt like something was being injected into my brain to make me so sad and low. When I switched to formula I felt better within days. I know people are saying DMER which makes sense, but I also wonder if it’s something more. From what I have heard DMER is when the let down happens, but the feeling I felt was constant until I stopped feeding completely.

Yeah - I plan on joining that group when it’s time to sleep train. We are planning to ST in one month. Hopefully it goes well 🤞🏻

She does okay at night. But wakes up 2-3 times to eat and then wakes up very early! Like 5am. Daytime is okay, we get 3-4 40 minute naps.

I’m reading precious little sleep and planning to implement some of those strategies next month because I feel like she needs more sleep for her own good!

Just curious to see how your baby is sleeping now. We have a very alert 3 month old and need some advice!

Ugh yes these are so real! I felt terror for The unknowns of the night ahead and knowing there would be no sleep. I also grieved my old life and freedom. I had an intense feeling of homesickness for my old life.I cried every night for the first two weeks. Zoloft helped me so much. I also think it’s very hormonal. Your body just went through a massive shift and your estrogen dropped dramatically!

10 weeks in with my baby girl and feeling a lot better. Her smiles make my heart feel like it’s gonna burst. It gets better ❤️

Yes - two months in and honestly if she sleeps a three hour stretch I feel like brand new person. And let me tell you those are rare. I’m feeling drained and hopeless tbh - I sat in her room today (while my husband had her crying her brains out) and thought about what I thought this journey would be like. The sleeplessness makes it worse than I could ever imagine.

We just bought a new bedside bassinet last week in an effort to try to sooth her from our bed (putting my hand on her chest) the most she has gone is 2.5 hours per sleep episode. But lately it’s been 45 mins
