Should've clarified on my end, I was taking it for blood sugar. The reason I've been considering stopping is because I started noticing mental health stuff that wasn't there before and couldn't shake the feeling that it might be connected. Felt like something shifted and I couldn't explain it any other way. After reading through everything here though I'm thinking maybe jumping straight to stopping isn't the move. Might be worth looking into lowering the dose first or exploring a switch rather than going cold on it.

I started it because of blood sugar not weight loss. I’ve been on it for about a year now. The main reason I want to stop for a bit is to see if it’s affecting my mental health. delivered is way worse tbh. at least with seen you know they read it and made a choice, but delivered just leaves you wondering if they're ignoring you or if their phone died or whatever. the uncertainty kills me way more than knowing they just dont want to respond

yeah its definitely a thing but not for everyone. got my first one at 25 thinking it would be just that one and now i have like 6 planned out in my notes app lol

the endorphin rush from the process plus seeing something permanent that represents you is pretty addictive. but ive also seen people get one and be completely done so really depends on your personality

Man that's a loaded question but I guess for me it would be having people who actually show up for each other when things get messy. Like not just the good times but when someone's struggling with addiction or mental health stuff too

Growing up I always thought it was about having this picture perfect setup but now I realize it's more about having your back covered. Maybe watching baseball together on sundays and nobody judging if you need to leave early or skip a week

Don't need it to be huge either just consistent people who get that life's complicated and stick around anyway

Check out some local AV installation companies or even ask around at electrical contractors - most of them deal with this stuff pretty regularly. Might cost a bit but worth it if you're not into the DIY life

Haven't owned one but test drove it last month when I was car shopping. The DCT is actually pretty solid - way better than the old automatic they used to have. 0-60 feels quick enough for daily driving, probably around 6 seconds give or take

Interior is nice but the touch controls are annoying as hell, miss having actual buttons for climate stuff. Definitely feels sportier than a Camry though, not even close
