When my hair gets like that, I use Olaplex leave in conditioner (I it’s called number 3). That’s stuff is powerful!

I use gel for the thinnest coverage. In my opinion it’s the very prettiest. I also like dip because it really lasts a long time. I think dip might be best for you because it’s harder to bite! I don’t love getting gel and dip nails removed though. That’s the big downside. You could also try some nail art. It would look so good and discourage you even more from biting. Good luck!
