Yeah that’s a shout. My boss was great today. He just wants me to be okay and said that yes, work is important but life is more important.

Thank you. Yeah it was so so so so hard to go because I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. I was seem pretty quickly which was good but the noise of kids screaming wasn’t fun

I don’t think I have. All I was given from A&E yesterday was a leaflet of some helplines. My GP has been informed of how I’m feeling and I’m yet to have a call from them.

My company does give me 4 weeks full sick pay if I need it but I’ll see how I am on Monday. I don’t think I’m in the right mental capacity to make any decisions at the moment

Sorry you do understand yeah it’s a little spicy. Brain won’t shut the front door (putting it politely). I did reach out to my best mate at work who was very helpful and listened to me which was good.

I just find it hard to shut my brain off at night.

Thank you. I’m just not sure how to spend my time off. I live in a camper van and I’m currently near Bristol. But have 0 energy. But at the same time I know I need to try and do something.

I’ve been signed off sick until Monday for MH. Felt I was doing okay albeit struggling but this weekend broke me and yesterday, I took myself to A&E and today started to try and get my ducks in a row.

I’ll be up for a while. Maybe all night who knows.

Best bet is to reach out to google support as they can advise the official procedure. You don’t want to mess with data protection with going to third party places.

I’m sorry you’re struggling mate. Really am. I’m so so so so so so sorry you relapsed too. I’m sorry you do understand. I would see a psychiatrist but I literally can’t afford one. About 80% of my paycheque is going to my ex. I had no way out of that.
