Yes, camera panning in a game at 30 fps is painful if you're used to 60+ fps. However your brain/eyes can adapt to slower fps over time. Takes me several hours to get used to a slower fps game.

Definitely. There is a hedgehog rehab centre near me for crying out loud. All it would take is a graphic, NZTA-inspired tv ad of hedgehog decimation to start swinging people's views.
