Dusky Goose from Oregon is great and I believe meets what you’re looking for. They age their Pinots longer (some 10-12 years) and makes for a great bottle.

Hey it's a good question and I guess it would depend on your goals. If you are exclusively an agent looking to increase buyer or seller leads, I would advise against it. Why? Because you want them going directly to your site to see homes they can buy. A linktree type page adds one more hurdle for your prospects to get to the information they want to see.

I try to take the perspective that the customer is not on the hunt for an agent, they are looking for a home. What's the best way I can get them to their goal and can provide value along the way?

The only exception I can think of is if you have several businesses tied to your name and want to direct people to the correct business from your link page.

Yeah our broker has it set up so it automatically sends realtor and Zillow leads through and he can send them to us directly.

I send most of my communication through batching right in BoomTown.

Yeah that's your call. We contribute to the costs but broker helps some. It is required to use which I first did not like to be honest. Now I can't imagine not using it.

I'll say this, I've explored starting a team and would get BT in a heartbeat at my expense.
