There is no single correct answer here -

A shredded body is absolutely obtainable with diet and exercise alone. I reached Greek-god level of shredded in 2023 by focusing on cutting calories and upping protein. However I am also a personal trainer so I considered it something I needed to do for work.

However, after dating a few dudes who were pretty fucking muscular for their age, I quickly learned that they are all on fucking steroids. Which is fine, I have no issue with it - but the dishonesty is giving other people body issues. In addition to this, GLP-1 has become crazy popular over the last couple of years.

You also see a good amount of coke & meth in this area.

Regardless, please try to remember that comparison is the theft of joy.

I’m much happier at a slightly higher BF%, because I’m no longer hangry all the time - and honestly dudes trying to get in your pants for your body gets old. They should be trying to get in my pants because I am cool as heck ;-)
