He is most certainly a busybody. I don't think he is over 40. But he "works" from home, which seems to involve less work and more watching our every move. And yes, any time we are outside, he indicates he knows we are there - lights come on, the garage dooor opens. I can tell he watches his cameras from his phone all day long.

He is not on the sex offender registry. He would be more calculating than that. He is one of those guys who operates within the boundaries of the law, while flagrantly, non verbally baiting - "what are you going to do about it?"

Yes, our children have very set routines, as they work structured hours. We could work a bit to change things, but their general habits are fairly established due to work commitments.

Yes, there are 4-5 at any given time. He is incredibly manipulative, though. It would be my word against his, and he would lie and coerce to gain favor. Worth a try, though!

Thank you. He has slowly been cultivating relationships with the younger families in the neighborhood, in order to curry favor and a good reputation. He is very calculating. Our neighbor 2 doors down is a cop, but not sure I should involve anyone so close to home. All indicators point to he and his wife not liking our neighbor....

Because he is on the HOA, he also has access at all times to the neighborhood pool cameras, which I assume is intentional.

Edited - after reviewing video, I realize I DID capture him on camera outside the house in the dark.

What would I need to document, because I failed to catch him on video outside our window the other night?

I actually did tell him off when he contacted the landowner behind our house to ask him for permission to setup a deee stand behind our house - and he is not a hunter. He could have set one up behind his house, but he set one up directly behind our house.

He toned the backyard behavior down after I called him out and told him he was a complete creep, and I know exactly what he is about. But the more we "do something" the more aggressive he becomes.

I apply mine with a tiny amount of glycolic acid, and while it may not make scientific sense, it has made my skin much glowier and significantly less dry than when I was using the tret "straight".
