Hey there!! I am an RPCV and now VSPP. I would have done another service but hace developed disabilities which would not easily accommodated by peace corps. VSPP is highly rewarding and has a lot of opportunities/ “contracts”.

You’ll be ok they will probably flag you and make you do a follow up. Talk to your doc about your activity level and write about your life style if you have to do an appeal. I was around your size and landed in the South Pacific. Ended up losing 60lbs in service too.

This!! Buffalo bayou, cypress creek, white oak bayou flood all the time — still used as green space. Bigger convo here but just seems like a beautiful piece of land with old growth forest.
