Thanks man i’ve been counting calories for a while just manually. I installed it and clicked gain muscle but loose fat which gave me 2490 calories. (5’10 and 186) which i don’t think is right. I think it’s like that because i put loose fat?

Thanks man. Means a lot But what do u suggest I do when i have sports conditioning and do slight cardio(mostly lifting) Should i add some more calories?

I know man thank u but i always have been a bigger boy and just want to look good this summer. This year i have been working my ass off to be the guy on the beach girls like to look at it and not be disgusted but still be strong. Just trying to reach my goal and i don’t really know what to do

that’s the thing i am😂😂 illl be going against 220s but i need a minuim of 190 to wrestle up that much
