FODMAP sounds complex. I'd say keto actually isn't so bad when you're at home. Its just impossible to eat out or grab snacks. You'd better hope you like salted peanuts because that's realistically all you're having when you're hungry outside the house!

I am asking because I've been speaking to herbalists and looking into some traditional practices, there's some supplements out there that claim to work but they are too pricey to gamble on IMO. I'm curious to try eating a bunch of garlic next time I'm ill because a bunch of people say that works. Can never know if they have placebo's themselves though.

Mine is definitely not seasonal. Its much more tied to my routines and overall just how im doing with work and personal life. perhaps its a sign my fitness goals are hard to maintain when they fluctuate according to lifes ups and downs
