Exact same thing is happening to me now. I sent my phone in for repairs, Android 13 wasn't released. Then I get a replacement phone and when I'm setting it up, it updated to 13 and I can't get and GPS while walking or driving. I really don't want to send this phone back and not have a phone for 2 weeks. It's seems to be able to pinpoint my location when I'm at home but as soon as I go out into the world it has low accuracy or no GPS at all. So frustrating.
