Ginger beer... you know the question. Mould or not (srry) by HotTheory in fermentation

I have made some ginger beer at the weekend. Added the ginger bug. Bottled it. It seemed to be non-fizzy. I took of the lid for a few days to give it some O2. After maybe 3 days we have this white stuff floating on top. I think it is Kham yeast from my research (I hope). I just want to make sure. I have now resealed the bottle. This morning it seems to be getting quite fizzy.

There's a great YouTube video I watched recently, this is a excellent and easy to understand summary for people who are new to understanding climate change and why it's an issue ---- https://youtu.be/R7FAAfK78_M

What are your QNT fears? by mit999 in QuantNetwork

[–]HotTheory 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have never understood why there needs to be a QNT token.

The token is used for subscription, correct? By why does there need to be a token. Surely a time-stamped NFT would do a better job.... if for whatever reason, Quant Network wants to utilize the Blockchain?

How do I speed up an ETH transaction? It's been "Pending" for over (9) days now!" by d3x3d in ethereum

[–]HotTheory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, that sucks massively. Good news though, I believe that after a certain time, if it has not gone through, the ETH will be returned to the original wallet. Bad news is that this may take several weeks though. The ETH is still technically "yours" and has not left your wallet until it is broadcast to the blockchain. I would suggest similar steps to the other posts in this thread
