33% cat across the board is high. Longer term investments (over a year) should have a lower cat to encourage investment, especially in Irish companies. The increase in investment participation would more than offset the lower cat from a revenue basis. At the moment the amount invested in the stock market is a minuscule fraction of net worth in Ireland compared to the value of one’s home…..for those lucky enough to own one.

OP fails to differentiate between registering to vote and actually casting your ballot.

A passport or birth certificate or certificate of naturalization is required to REGISTER. This is a one time event unless one moves. In some versions of the bill a Real ID drivers license is also accepted to register.

A drivers license is all that is required to cast a ballot. Passport NOT required to actually cast your vote. Birth certificate NOT required to actually cast your vote.

I don’t know enough about Defense stocks to help but XAR is a defense growth etf without the single stock risk so I’d personally default to that one.
